It’s a one-day community event that offers a challenge for novice and experienced cyclists alike along the beautiful Evansville riverfront. Participants will be able to choose from a 5K walk, 5K or 10K Family Bike Ride, and 25K, 60K or 100K Bike Ride. This will be the first community event to use the Evansville Greenway Passage. Walkers and riders will enjoy numerous fully-stocked rest stops, excellent free route support, bike park which will include food and merchant vendors, a kids’ park with bounce houses, games, prizes, bike helmet give-away and a bike safety presentation by St. Mary’s Life Flight Team, and live entertainment all day. We will also have closing ceremonies featuring the Battle of the Bands music contest. Five local bands will compete for the title Evansville’s Best Band.
Funds raised through Rockin River City Ride will be used to support the Junior League of Evansville,the Evansville Morning Rotary Club and their missions and charities.

Enjoy a spring bike ride on beautiful country roads through picturesque Williamson County. After the ride, enjoy the Red Poppy Festival in historic downtown Georgetown. The ride benefits the SERTOMA scholarship program for Georgetown ISD as well as the Williamson County Childrens' Advocacy Center (WCCAC) and bicycle safety and advocacy for children and adults. Choose from the 14 mi. (Family Circle), 30 mi., 45 mi. or 62 mi. routes.

9th Annual QuadruPedal Spring Century Challenge

Here's your chance to ride on some of the same roads used by the Dairyland Dare and Wright Stuff Century, but with full sag support, rest stops, showers and a meal when you finish. "It's Not Your Grandma's Century" 2012 SABA Century

Our 2nd Annual SABA Century Bicycle Ride "It's Not Your Grandma's Century" will be held rain or shine on Saturday, May 19, 2011. All three routes start and stop at the new Clay County Courthouse in Hayesville, North Carolina. The SABA Century features 3 distinct routes that encompass the best of the beautiful rolling & hilly terrain of Western North Carolina and North Georgia. This year, the SABA Century will be honored to have Saul Raisin, former professional cyclist and traumatic brain injury survivor, ride in our event.
A portion of the proceeds from this year's event will be donated to the Raisin Hope Foundation to help Traumatic Brain Injury patients and families through research, counseling, therapy, awareness and general support.

Climate Ride will return for its fourth year this May 19-23, 2012, and will once again see hundreds of cyclists pedal beautiful country roads 300 miles from New York City to Washington, DC to raise awareness of sustainability, renewable energy climate issues and bicycle advocacy. This “green conference on wheels” and fully-supported adventure raises funds for more than 30 non-profits including NRDC, Green America, 350.org, Rails-to-Trails Conservancy, San Francisco Bicycle Coalition, Washington Area Bicyclist Coalition, 1Sky and more.
Climate Ride is the first multi-day, multi-city charitable bicycle ride to address climate change and renewable energy issues. The event also endeavors to showcase the bicycle as the ultimate carbon-free machine and a viable form of transportation. Climate Ride will return to California next September 2012.

Community Classic Bike Tour

The 25th Annual Community Classic Bike Tour (CCBT) is scheduled for Sunday, May 20, 2012. This non-competitive, multi-distance bicycle tour travels through the beautiful foothills of Larimer County in Loveland and Fort Collins and is a great training ride preparing cyclists for the numerous summer rides available.
There are four distances to choose from: 62-mile, 37-Mile, 30-Mile, or 10-Mile. The rides begin and end at McKee Medical Center in Loveland located at 2000 Boise Avenue starting at 6:30 a.m. The 62-mile ride will enjoy the sites of the Big Thompson River, Lon Hagler Reservoir, Carter Lake, Green Ridge Glade Reservoir, Masonville, Horsetooth Reservoir, Fort Collins, Boyd Lake, and Loveland. The 37- and 30-mile rides will complete the ride through Carter Lake and then back into Loveland. The 10-mile family/fun ride will enjoy a leisurely ride from McKee Medical Center to Boyd Lake and back.
Entry fees through April 30 are $55 for adults, $25 for ages 13-17, and $10 for children. After April 30 fees are $65 for adults, $35 for ages 13-17 and $20 for children. The fee for all 10-mile riders is $10, $15 after April 30. 100 percent of all registration fees and sponsorship contributions will benefit the Stepping Stones Adult Day Program at McKee.
The McKee Medical Center Foundation raises funds and friends for the health and wellbeing of the Loveland community. We exist to make a difference in people’s lives through excellent patient care.

The 30th Annual Mile High 100 Bike Ride has 3 different routes to choose from. Located where the scenic Southern Cascades bump into the gentle Northern Sierras, the Mile High 100 will treat you to a quiet day on the back roads that wander through the lush green forests surrounding Lake Almanor and the Indian Valley. This is not a race, but a collection of tours for cyclists of all abilities. The purpose of this event is to promote recreational bicycling "under the volcano" in the shadow of Northern California's incredible Lassen Peak with scenic views around Lake Almanor. Proceeds from this event are invested in organized recreation in the Lake Almanor Basin and provide support for the Chester/Lake Almanor Chamber of Commerce. This ride is known for having the friendliest volunteers, best food, and most beautiful scenery in Northern California.
CENTURY RIDE (108 MILES) – This is a relatively easy ride by century standards. It takes you around Lake Almanor and through the peaceful Indian Valley. Approximately 3,200' total elevation climb.
METRIC CENTURY (56 MILES) – This ride encompasses the entire Almanor Basin. It is recommended for the cyclist who desire a challenging loop without the distance and the bigger climbs found in the full century ride. Approximately 1,500' total elevation climb.
HALF METRIC CENTURY (33 MILES) – Take your time and enjoy the mountain vistas and the clean air. This is the ride for those wanting a nice leisurely ride lakeside around Lake Almanor, the blue jewel on the North Fork of the Feather River. Approximately 600' total elevation climb.

“Cycle the Sierra” is an annual cycling event that takes place in the Sierra Nevada mountains of Northern California. This fully supported, five day journey takes riders 300 miles, through breathtaking country, beneath granite peaks, through evergreen forests, into alpine hot springs, to iconic locations like Lake Tahoe, over the 4th highest bridge in the US, to the site where gold was discovered starting the California Gold Rush, and through numerous unique and historical communities along the way.
Each day we ride 50-70 miles. At night we camp together under the stars. Camps feature a beer garden, stage with live music, delicious food, massage therapists, yoga sessions, bike mechanics and 300 other cyclists letting loose on vacation from all over the US.
If you like seeing truly beautiful mountain scenery, cycling, relaxing afterwards with a cold beer, good food and some live music, spending time with old friends and meeting new, than this is an event you will not want to miss!

The Inland Northwest Chapter of the National Muliple Sclerosis Society is having it's 7th annual Bike MS Ride. On September 8th and 9th, 2012, our chapter will challenge cyclists to 150 mile in order to raise money to end the devastaing effects of multiple sclerosis. The Inland Northwest has one of the highest incidence rates of multiple scleroisis in the world, so this two day, 150 mile challenge will reward and challenge you like no other cycling event. Bike MS invites you on an unforgettable joruney through the scenic routes and spectacularc fall foliage of the Northwest. This tour on the "Trail of the Coeur d' Alenes" is fully equipped with rest stops every 12-15 miles, bike mechanics, medical support, catered meals, and Saturday Night Celebration.
The Bike MS is presented by the Coeur D' Alene Casino Resort-hotel - celebrate conquering the course by trying your luck in the casino or regenerating in the pool on Saturday night. Bike MS cyclists are given a discounted rate at the Casino for the night. There is a $50 registration fee and a minimum of $200 in pledges per cyclist which earns you a collectible Bike MS long Sleeved T-shirt and terrfic prizes for going beyond the minimum.
